Data Intelligence Manager

This position is responsible for the stewardship of the Mission’s 68,000-account donor database and analysis of and insights into the Mission’s multiple revenue streams. The Data Intelligence Manager provides accurate revenue and expense reports and actionable insights to the Advancement and Executive teams. The Manager also supervises the gift stewardship associates and several vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely recording, receipting, and responses to all donations.

Residential Staff Mentor

Springs Rescue Mission is seeking to fill a full-time (40 hrs/wk) Residential Staff Mentor position for our Family Hope Program (FHP). This position is required to reside on-site to meet the needs of residents as appropriate and to be available for relational ministry with residents and their children.

The Residential Staff Mentor will coordinate with Family Hope Program (FHP) staff to encourage and promote a safe environment conducive to life stabilization, effective parenting, unity among residents, effective problem solving and growth in Christ, as well as to ensure smooth operation of the residential facility of the FHP. The FHP Residential Staff Mentor should seek to build relationships with residents that are encouraging, truthful, and point toward Christ and needs to be willing and able to assist the residents understand and begin to embrace what life in Christ is and what it looks like. FHP Staff Mentor is not a counselor, case manager, judge but rather should offer support and direct individuals to appropriate FHP staff and into the Word of God in order to find instruction. A valid driver’s license is required.

Men's Program Director

The Men’s Programs Director is responsible to direct and lead all elements of the Men’s Ministry Programs, including on-going program development and implementation, working with the VP of Programs to ensure the highest quality, attainment of program goals, and alignment with SRM mission statement and core values. Directly supervise all New Life Program (NLP) Counselors, NLP Case Managers, NLP Housemen, and NLP Interns including training, scheduling, evaluating and participation in hiring and termination processes. Counsel NLP residents consistent with Biblical principles and provide guidance and support to all NLP staff. Prepare all reports related to Men’s Ministry programs including the New Life Program, collecting relevant data and ensuring its accuracy. Address and resolve program-related concerns. BFOQ -- In light this position’s duties and responsibilities in SRM’s Men’s Ministry Programs, male gender is a bona fide occupational qualification for this position.

Community Relations Director

The Community Relations Director is responsible to support the President, VP of Advancement & Director of Development to ensure annual fundraising benchmarks and performance goals are achieved. Communicate the vision and commitment of SRM primarily to businesses, churches & media. Lead through effective and purposeful planning and administration of SRM’s community development programs. Establish, strengthen and maintain positive relationships with the church, business donors, and media and a caseload of donors in order to bring increased recognition of and support to Springs Rescue Mission. Supervise the Events Coordinator, providing direction and development.

Resource Advocate

Resource Advocates provide the direct case management and advocacy services to enable homeless guests of Springs Rescue Mission to complete their personal journey off the streets and into permanent housing. Advocates do this by connecting guests to benefits and services that will enable them to become financially self-sufficient. Advocates help our guests articulate desire for change, plan change and execute the steps to become permanently housed and stable members of our community.
