Family Crisis Center Residential Staff Mentor
The Family Crisis Center (FCC) Residential Mentors offer support through an unstructured and relational interaction, consistent with FCC expectations, parameters and values to FCC residents, most of which have experienced one or more traumatic events in their lives. The FCC Residential Mentors should seek to build relationships with residents that are encouraging, truthful, and point toward Christ. FCC Residential Mentors need to be willing and able to assist the residents understand and begin to embrace what life in Christ is and what it looks like. FCC Residential Mentors are not counselors or case managers or judges but rather should offer support and direct individuals to appropriate FCC staff and, more importantly, into the Word of God.
The FCC Residential Mentors will coordinate with FCC staff to encourage and promote a safe environment, conducive to life stabilization, effective parenting, unity amongst residents, effective problem solving and growth in Christ, as well as ensuring smooth operation of the residential facility of the FCC. They will meet the needs of residents as appropriate, and be available for relational ministry with residents and their children.
Role is part-time and approximately 20-24 hours per week. This position may require employee to live on site, which will make typical daily hours being between 6pm-8am. Position is a job share with one other part-time staff member.

Graduate Services Program Director
The Director will provide effective daily leadership and oversight of the Graduate Services Program. Primary responsibilities will include skill assessment and career planning for graduating men in the New Life Program (a Springs Rescue Mission drug and alcohol residential addiction recovery program). This is to include educational and vocational training support as well as job search preparation and guidance. Also, primary emphasis will be given towards the development and maintenance of potential business partners in the local community as it relates to employment opportunities for our graduating men. The program Director will also act as the liaison for program alumni to the Alumni Association.
