Events Manager

The Events Manager directs the operation and administration of Mission events and division projects. Position leads in the planning, organization and production of the Mission’s revenue-producing events and acts as a liaison to maintain and enhance relationships between Advancement leaders and the executive leadership team as well as donors, volunteers and the greater Colorado Springs community. The Events Manager serves as the project lead to coordinate and track project resources and milestones, open action items, risks and issues. Gathers and distributes status updates, reports and project documentation. Deploys and maintains Customer Relations Management system for Advancement projects and schedules and attends project meetings as needed. Acts as assistant to VP and Sr. leadership team of the Advancement Department.

Family Mentor Alliance Director

SRM is seeking to hire a Family Mentor Alliance Director to provide direction, development, management, and leadership to the Family Mentor Alliance (FMA) program. Work with the Vice President of Programs (VPP), to ensure the highest quality, attainment of program goals, and alignment with SRM mission statement and core values. NLP Case Manager/Counselor I

SRM is seeking to hire a Case Manager/Counselor to build relationships with men (residents) in the New Life Program (NLP) through case management and counseling within an environment of grace. Case management will consist of managing medical, legal, and other services to facilitate growth and development in the resident. Counseling will be biblically-based and address spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical health issues to include substance abuse and recovery.
